The Urban Decay Vice 2 palette is a sequel from last year’s first Vice palette, which I completely missed out, Boo! But Urban Decay heard my expectations for this year’s Urban Decay Vice 2 palette for Holiday 2013. It is a mix of metallics, jewel-tones, satins and duochromes and less mattes, Yay! Who wants to wear mattes during the holidays? Come on guys, give me a break.
Anyways, this post is going to be picture heavy (seriously!). It is a great palette for gifting this Christmas. I also love that it doesn’t have a lot of neutrals. It averages 7.5 hours of wear on my lids without a primer on. The shades that I think are too dry in formulation and got more fall outs are: Shellshock, X-rated, Strike, Rewind and Lovesick. The least pigmented from the group is Strike. My favorite colors are: Prank, Radar, Dope, Damaged, Habit, Betrayal, Ambush and Derailed. Shellshock got good pigmentation but it’s just too dry and got a few fall outs.

Overall, this is a must-have for every makeup enthusiast and Urban Decay fans. The only con I can think of: it’s a limited edition seasonal palette. But hopefully Urban Decay will release a Vice 3 and I just can’t wait for it to get released. Ever since I had my hands on this, I just can’t help to not include at least a shade into my daily eye makeup. Most of the colors are fully opaque that shows up on my medium dark skin tone.
